It`s taken me a very long time to be able to write this. 16 months ago we lost my mum. It was the most difficult time I was heart broken, devasted and my life will never be the same again. They say a funeral is the last thing you can do for loved ones and I can honestly say Ian got us through it. I was in shock but trying to be strong for dad and my son Jamie. Ian offered support and advice and was always there. He knew Mum well and this was comforting. I would just like to thank you Ian for your kindness and support. I will always be grateful.Heather

Dear Ian, On behalf of Elizabeth who`s cremation you presided over on the 8th February 2018 my two sons, two grandchildren my family and myself we would like to thank you for the dignified way you conducted the spiritualist service for my good lady wife, Elizabeth who was a great believer. Hi Ian,

I just wanted to say thank you for conducting my Dads (William Baxter) funeral service earlier this month. I have to say that you made a difficult day so much easier and memorable due to the time you spent with us and the supreme effort you obviously put in to getting the details of his life just right and making it a very personal and heart-warming service that- my Dad would have been very proud. I am aware that you knew my Dad to a certain degree due to the many years we have lived in Broxburn and that made choosing you the natural and right choice. I also wanted to say that you went on a journey with me and my family and we all discovered a few surprises about his life on the way which made us all smile at times. Thank you Ian from all of us. I would highly recommend your warm and thoughtful services to everyone without hesitation.
